High winds and chilly temperatures blew into the morning forecast. The afternoon was a different story, the sun was warm and welcoming. Today I ran 2.29 miles outside and it was great. My pace was much better than it had been all winter. The Shamrock shuffle is a week away! I can’t wait.

Skywalker was great. My mind was calm and focused. The hit kicked in before the run and lasted the whole way. I felt no pain in my legs, knees, back, or feet. I did feel dry mouth and a little anxiety at the beginning.
