Into the woods
The Busse woods creaked and cracked as gentle breezes blew through. The warm sun shined through the trees as I ran in the forest. The paths were damp and muddy. Even though it felt a bit chilly it was great running outside. Today I ran 2.54 miles, and it was great. As I got to the first mile, I started to contemplate what path to take, I had a HIIT workout planned and didn’t want to push for a long run. So, I decided to continue my path but then changed my mind and turned around. I was in my own head. I thought The Bling may be the cause of this, but I didn’t feel high. I am not sure what I did differently today compared to yesterday. I felt no pain, anxiety, or dry mouth.
