The Incline
The gravel pathway of Mallard Lake left gray dust on my legs. The hot sun shined on my face as I ran through narrow bridges and up a steep hill. It felt amazing to train in a different place. I’ve run here a few times, but today felt refreshing. The goal was to train running on an incline; I believe this area is great for it. The push running uphill was okay, but I feel I can improve. I hoped The Bling would help, but I don’t think it did. I still feel there is more to The Bling, but I haven’t figured it out yet. I am not sure what it’s good for, I took an extra hit before the run and felt calm, but not high. I felt no pain or anxiety. I did feel a lot of dry mouth.
Also, shout out to “Random Shamrock Hat Guy” who ran with me on my way back. It was great running with someone, it made it much more fun.
“Enjoy the sun and smoke some weed.”
